ABC Practitioner Locator Service

We will locate a qualified ABC Certified Practitioner in your local area that can provide you with the products that you need. We will perform all of the paper work, contact your insurance company for verification and approval, and have the ABC Practitioner contact you for an appointment. We will do all of the insurance billing and maintain your records for future use. Insurance verification and approval must occur before the ABC Practitioner can assist you with a product. If it appears that the insurance company is going to delay approval, we will contact you first by Email, second by telephone. If this occurs, you the insured can contact your insurance company to speed up the process. After all, we make over 100 referrals per month across the country.

We will also setup return appointments for you. This is the best way to insure that everything is still working properly. Return appointments also prevent any possible breakdown that can occur through normal use. Return appointments are at least once a year, but usually at least every 6 months. We will send you a reminder card 3 weeks prior to your appointment. If you cannot make your appointment, you must give at least a 48 hour notice or an office visit charge will be billed directly to you.  

We accept Medicare, Workers Compensation, and most Major Insurance carriers, most credit cards and paypal.  Our services are limited to the United States. Due to questions about Internet security, do not transmit any credit card info to our office. We will call you on the telephone for those numbers. Patients are responsible for all deductibles, out of network fees, signed prescriptions, signed certificate of medical necessity forms, signed delivery sheets, down payments, house call payments and non-covered items. If we tell you that an item might not be covered by your insurance, we will require full payment for that item before fabrication can begin. You will then be responsible for collecting the reimbursement from your insurance carrier on that item. We will be glad to assist you with any paperwork needed. We do not accept  Medicaid unless pre-approved.
