We do make in house visits on certain items. These are generally
items that do not require any type of adjustments. Press

to request a home visit appointment. On
the Email, include primary diagnosis, product desired, and if this is intended
to be covered by insurance. If it is intended to be covered by insurance, you
must also fill out the Insurance Form. We will bill your insurance company
directly. If there is a deductible, you will be required to pay this before any
product is fabricated or fit. Sometimes there will be a charge for a home visit.
Medicare and most private insurance providers will not cover this charge. This
charge will be paid in advance before the home visit can take place. The price
for the charge depends on how far the most qualified ABC Certified Practitioner
must travel round trip.
