Attorney Section
With over 300 years combined experience in the O&P field, we are considered
to be expert Prosthetic Consultants. We have on many occasions testified on
behalf of our clients. In order for us to testify, we are required to be their
Prosthetic care provider. We do not provide Prosthetic care on
any contingency basis. We are required to be fully paid for our
services at the time of service. We do offer billable services which are listed
below. **Note that we must always have a current signed release of information
form signed and dated by our client.
Billable Services to be paid within 5 days after invoice delivery:
- Copy of the patient's current chart: $30.00 plus UPS or FedEx charges-to
be paid immediately
- Lifetime care and planning of future Prosthetic care: $125.00 per hour-
not to exceed $35,000.00
- Court preparation fees and any time associated: $125.00 per hour
- Travel and lodging: $125.00 per hour for each Practitioner on travel based
at a 8 hour day fee plus any
travel, lodging and food expenses incurred
